就是地点太偏了,如果没接驳车,打车,真的就不推荐住在这里
房间算大,服务人员态度十分好,顶楼行政酒廊整体看有重新装修,环境好,餐点也不错,在日本算很优了
房间大,但是老旧,地毯味道十分重,也感觉脏,房间该重新装潢了,至少那地毯真的该换了

请注意,每个成年人要付3500日元才能使用游泳池,每个孩子要支付2500日元。酒店位于工业区,到达市中心需要30分钟车程,每半小时往返的班车没有找到。自助早餐,只有罐装橙汁,还有少量的新鲜水果。是的,从窗户可以看到卢克温暖的景色。

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us, found the quality of our orange juice to be below standard, the pool entrance fee to be overpriced and the location of our hotel to be 30 minutes from the downtown of Osaka. I can certainly understand your frustration and would like to extend my sincere apologies to you.

如果你是在附近做生意,总体来说这是一个很好的住宿地点,虽然这里去哪儿都有点远,但酒店提供很好的的到大阪站的来回巴士,这是酒店与其他酒店不同的地方,末班车应该在23.00或00.00左右,而不是22.00。

It is wonderful to hear that you had an overall good stay with us. Given that we are located away from downtown Osaka, our shuttle bus services keep our guests connected to the city. Should your travel plans bring you this way again, both the Kaiyukan Aquarium and Universal Studio Japan are located close by. We hope that you can enjoy these attractions on your next trip.

饭店的所有工作人员都很亲切,一进大厅,那亲切的问候及体贴的协助我们更了解如何安排我们的行程,真好,真的有宾至如归的感觉,虽然我们是第一次到日本自由行,但因为饭店内的服务人员详细的解说如何使用饭店的接驳车,让我们减轻了负担,毕竟我这次的旅行是一个人带着四个孩子们去,期待下次再次造访

希望你们能检查好房间是否正常运作才提供给客人,也希望能够改用排队的方式乘搭免费接驳巴士,希望某些员工态度能够有礼及亲切,直得一赞的是嘉宾轩内所有员工的待客之道

First and foremost, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment and our failing with regard to the overall condition of the guest room you were assigned. I can certainly understand your disappointment and would like to extend a sincere apology to you for our shortfalls. I will work more closely with our Housekeeping team in order to ensure careful attention is paid to the condition of our guest rooms. We are also sorry to read that whilst some of our team members are friendly and polite, we lacked a sense of hospitality in our interactions with you.
