We do wish to apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you and rest assured that this has been rectified by the car park management team as there were system glitches when you stayed with us. 这家酒店的工作人员服务很棒，他们都十分有礼貌。酒店的位置和硬件设施都不错，我很喜欢。不过我最喜欢的还是这里工作人员的热情好客，我对这里没有什么不满意的地方，很棒的一家酒店。

以下是我想分享的一些反馈意见：前台快速高效的欢迎，优秀的自助早餐选择。健身房很适合那些不想错过简单运动的旅行者。在房间用餐的服务不错，但可以更好的库存利食物。由于没有高脂肪牛肉的库存了，牛肉汉堡无法供应。但还可以。所有的员工都很友善。最后，我要感谢值班经理Azrien，他接待了我，知道我是单身旅行者，他考虑得很周到，确保我在那里的短暂住宿很舒服。Azrien是贵公司宝贵的财富。感谢您让我在吉隆坡奥克伍德度过了一个愉快的假期。温暖的致意, Retna

While we are delighted to hear that you complimented our Front Desk and breakfast selection, we are sorry to hear that you were not able to have your beef burger. We have taken certain measures to ensure availability of all our menu items in future.
