酒店礼宾有礼貌，酒店干净整洁，床也很舒服，冷气也够冷，体验感非常棒，唯独酒店的待客泊车当天没有位置了，数量比较少。不过酒店的泊车还是非常多，需要上到5楼。还会回访的酒店，希望你们继续加油

We appreciate your feedback regarding parking arrangements. While we do have ample parking on the 5th floor, we understand the importance of convenience and will take your comments into consideration for improvement.

酒店靠近地铁商场是唯一值得推荐的！水温忽冷忽热，马桶盖坏问题！连锁星级新酒店希望继续改进，办理入住速度提高，不要吃客人时间！

从酒店步行到mid valley商场非常近 房间非常干净 热水冲凉压力很大也很热非常满意 只是床褥和枕头太软了 check out时反应给前台了 前台说其实可以特别要求床褥的软硬度 下回入住时一定记得
