这是一家超赞的酒店，紧邻吉隆坡会展中心、地铁站、公交车站、商场，并且只需步行就可去到吉隆坡国油双峰塔!酒店内还有着非常友好的员工、良好的设施-比如健身房、水疗中心、游泳池等。

住这里花的钱非常合算，尤其是这里离双子塔很近（步行距离）。要改进的事情：升级酒店房间的一些旧的公用设施/设备。527号房的空调风扇噪音大，隔音效果不太好。包括提供更多的种类面包以供选择，以及提供素食菜。

总体来说，我在这家酒店住宿期间对酒店服务感到满意。工作人员非常乐于助人，酒店也靠近K大道和KLCC。这是一个与家人度假的好地方。房间干净但看起来有点旧。
