Thank you for taking time to share your stay experience at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused when the telephone in your room was not working. We have since rectified this issue.
We do look forward to welcoming you back should you be revisiting Kuala Lumpur in the near future.

我带着我的家人在吉隆坡度过了一个周末的假期，在众多酒店中选择了这家酒店，一切都很好。房间很宽敞，对于支付的价格来说，房间肯定超出了我的预期。酒店位于吉隆坡金三角，步行到任何一个热门旅游景点都只需要大约10分钟，其中吉隆坡塔是最近的。从房间里也能看到美丽的景色。
