我在马尼拉的一次商务旅行中在这家酒店度过了三个晚上。酒店位于奎松市，这是一个混乱但充满活力的地区，周围有很多美食可供选择。房间很宽敞，卫生间也很宽敞，但看起来有点“过时”，不过床很舒服。在这有一个问题，我的房间在晚上有点吵，因为有一台发电机(即使我住在10楼!)发出了很大的噪音，而且不管什么时候开空调，散发出来的味道确实有点难闻。

Glad that you find our bed comfortable and room spacious. We will look into your other comments and see how we can improve the room ambiance. As to the noise, I guess it was coming from outside the hotel which we hope to address with the local officials.

首先，我为我们的周年纪念和求婚日预订了一个错误的日期，我很担心，但主管处理得很好，我想她的名字是桑德拉，非常感谢！她甚至为我免费升级了房间，并给了我们额外的居住时间！所有的工作人员，甚至保安，行李员，都很乐于助人，彬彬有礼，平易近人！我只能说她答应了！！我未来的妻子喜欢这个房间，这里的装饰，所有的一切！再次感谢鲁克森特酒店和全体员工。我们一定还会回来的！100颗星！😄

自助早餐非常丰富，品种很多。员工很称职、专业、友好。酒店设施跟服务都很好，可直接到达附近的设施，下次我们回故乡还会来这家酒店。
