这个酒店非常好。游泳池水温35摄氏度,所有餐饮都是美味的。会议很完美,我们在一个乡村,这里舒适和自然,是一个很美丽的地方。这里前湾的海滩,可以满足有你和你的家人所有的需要。

这是个出色的奢侈酒店。在海边度过了一个完美的周末。很棒的服务和食物。在一个老式建筑里有许多空间,我不知道这里是什么时候建造的。但是我相信是在100多年前。所有在海边的酒店面临的挑战就是有海的味道。。。这家酒店没有这个问题!!!即使是在这点上,房间就是完美的。

这里舒适,清洁,有良好的位置,很开心。我非常推荐。服务很快,员工们都很细心和很好。房间很大。对夫妇和孩子们很好。一整天都有活动和监控。

酒店真的需要翻新一下了。这地方开始破旧了。对于酒店所能提供的服务来说,价格太高了。(查看一下123号房的图片。)酒店位置还不错,街道对面就是海滩,但是每晚绝对不值850雷亚尔。。。

住了一天(坐着晒太阳),这里还有待改进,接待处很拥挤,没有人排队,客人们都争抢着办理入住,酒店秩序混乱。双人间有股潮湿的气味,房间里的空调非常旧,不知道气味是不是空调里散发出的。停车场很贵(40美元一天)。海滩上有泰国餐厅,食物的质量不是很好,并不值这个价格。去恩斯达海滩上其他餐厅的话,花一半价格就能吃到美味的食物。酒店很靠近海滩,穿过马路就到了。游泳池很棒,大小合适。海滩边的服务也很好,有椅子和遮阳伞。食物和饮料虽然很贵,但对于那些带着孩子来度假的人来说,很不错。

We thank you very much for having stayed at the Casa Grande Hotel Resort & Spa.
We also would like to thank you for your observations and inform you that all the mentioned points will be forwarded to the competent department. Please accept our apologize for any inconvenient happened.
Nevertheless, we would like to inform that at the time of your check-in there were 5 receptionists on duty, all of them attending guest incoming. Due to be a 5 star Hotel, no progressive numbers are given our queue induced, as we count on our guest´s good manners.
Concerning the garage value, it will be a pleasure to transmit your commentary to the company in charge of the service for their evaluation.
We are also proud to confirm that in a range of 30.000 visitors per year, our “award winning” restaurants, including the Thai, are sometimes cheaper than other restaurants of the same level in the city.
It is a pleasure to understand that you liked the service and facilities of our Hotel especially by the beach and pool, we assure you that your satisfaction will be forwarded to them as it encourage us to continue serving with the same standard´s quality.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon at the Casa Grande Hotel Resort & Spa.
