我们在这里预订了几个晚上，参加了满月派对。第一印象是工作人员很可爱而且乐于助人。酒吧区是最棒的，这个地方的食物很可爱。另一方面，平房非常失败，非常基本。我们明白了它为什么如此便宜，但比预计会更好一点，我们的沐浴器被淹没在一起，不能工作。因为水只是从淋浴头的两个孔出来。我不会再呆在这里了。

Thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Shiralea. It was a pleasure to have you stay with us.
Our restaurant has a great mix of Thai and western food and we try to serve good quality food, in large portions at reasonable prices.
I’m happy to hear our staff were friendly and helpful in helping you get around the island and enjoying your stay.
We are a flashpacker resort and offer basic rooms for travellers on a budget.

这是我们团体在泰国的最后一站。检查一下房间里的东西。很大的床和宽敞的房间。游泳池很好，离海滩很近。他们会给你一张卡片，把你所有的东西都放在你的房间里。最好的部分是员工。他们很有趣，也很友好。真的使我们旅行的最后一站臻于完美。他们保持饮料整夜流动。食物很好，他们每天晚上都组织活动。如果你想找个好玩的地方，以合理的价格居住，我推荐你这家酒店。谢谢你这些记忆。如果我回到泰国，我一定会顺道拜访。

Thanks Jimmy L for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Shiralea. We try to provide a friendly, fun environment for people from all over the world to come together and have a great time. Our card system was designed so our guest don’t need to carry any cash with them while in the resort. The barcoded card give you the peace of mind that you are the only person who can put charges on your account. We do have an amazing front of house team who are all really friendly and good fun. We always have in house events from pool parties with BBQ's to pub quizzes and paint parties. Thanks for recommending us to other Travers and we do hope to see you back at the resort the next time you visit Thailand.

这里的食物让人不可思议，价格也相当公道。位置不好，附近只有一家或两家超市，旁边就是海滩。对我来说，这简直就不是个海滩。每个人只能打的过来。酒店的泳池很好，而且某些天还有一些非常不错的娱乐项目。客房一般，但是这个早就知道了。如果我下次再来这里，我肯定会再次入住SHIRALEA。

Thanks Nialla D for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are very happy to read that you enjoyed the food on offer at the resort. We try to provide good quality home cooked meals, with large portions and at reasonable prices. There are only a few shops close to the resort and 7-11 was under renovation during your stay but it will reopen in a few days’ time. We are a little isolated on the north west of the island but everywhere is just a quick taxi ride or a scooter ride away. Our rooms are basic but have eventing that you need to enjoy your time on the island. Thanks for choosing Shiralea and we hope to welcome you back to the resort again soon.

我在满月左右呆在这里。像游泳池和酒吧这样的公共区域很好，但是宿舍里的床很硬，根本不干净。共用浴室也一样。另一个真的很讨厌的一点是，在酒吧的大多数西方员工或者是醉了或者喝多了，并不是真的有帮助。

Thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Shiralea. It’s great that you enjoyed the common areas in the resort. We built the hostel with our guest comfort in mind and designed each pod to have everything you need to call it home for a few days. The bathrooms are cleaned at least twice a day. Sorry that you didn’t like our staff, they have a real passion for their jobs and most of our guest enjoy interaction with them.

工作人员很不专业，每天晚上都在酒吧里浪费时间，而且对我的朋友很粗鲁，因为我的朋友要求在酒吧里播放一些音乐。我们为优质的服务而付出了丰厚的报酬，却没有得到这样的回报。非常草率，淋浴也几乎不存在，只是冷水。

Thanks for the feed back Peter on your recent stay with us. I'm very sorry that you found the staff unprofessional during your stay. We do have a young front of house team, but most of the feed back i get on them is very positive. Sorry that you didn't get the level of service that you were expecting. IN regards to the water pressure, being on an island we use only ground water and some time the sediment can get through our filtration system and cause blockages in the system, if brought o the attention of any of the staff this can be fixed very quickly. After reading you review i have spoken to my bar manager and in turn we will speak to the team to avoid any other guest ever leaving the resort feeling the way to have. please accept my apologies and we hope that you enjoy the rest of your vacation.
