We know your importance & your satisfaction is the key of our business. Regarding room category it was your choice only. You were looking for one twin bed room on arrival while there is no twin bed room in deluxe room category. We showed you room in semi deluxe twin bed on our request & you agreed to stay in that instead of deluxe double bed rooms. We were tried to make a comfortable stay for you but result, we got negative feedback & you degrade our property unnecessarily. From our side we did our best but instead of appreciation you degrade our property which is in fact injustice with us! But being guest you are always right.
