这家酒店很好，很适合夫妻度过美好的时光，酒店工作人员提供的客房服务也很好。我对这里的披萨不是很满意。我们吃的其他的食物很不错。下次一定要再来这家酒店。泳池到房间很远，所以没有想到会喜欢游泳。酒店门口附近不允许骑自行车，所以很失望。

我们在这住的非常愉快，收获了很不错的体验。酒店的工作人员都很友善也十分乐于助人。早餐是自助餐味道好极了，选择很多，食物也新鲜。健身房、泳池也相当不错。酒店经理Hema会很用心的倾听顾客的反馈，以此来提高酒店的服务水平。总的来说我对这家酒店的评价很高。

我们参观了这家酒店，房间很干净，工作人员也很热情，尤其是潘卡伊先生，他反应很快……服务迅速……附近的地方也不错。良好的环境……游泳池也在那里，它也很干净，免费提供沐浴露。

我在这家酒店的入住体验不太好，住宿以及食物都不太好。房间很糟糕，维护得也不好。在房间里用的晚餐也很差。早餐达不到星级酒店的标准，也不够热情，酒店的水平使得我们不会再来这里入住。

太可悲了，住在这里完全是浪费金钱和时间。我需要这家酒店的全额退款。这家酒店服务标准非常差，安保措施做的很差，这家酒店有五分之一的房间保养不当，早餐无味，空调不工作，游乐区也关闭了，游泳池也很差劲。

Guest feedback is crucial and treated with utmost importance by our team. It is our continuous
endeavour to offer our patrons with a memorable stay. However, we deeply regret that we were not able to
achieve the same during your stay.Our game rooms were booked for conferences. Since the hotel was on full occupancy, the swimming pool was over occupied with guests putting a toll on service. Please be assured that such lapse in services is not the norm here.
Your concerns have been noted for immediate rectifications.
We do hope that you’ll give us another opportunity to welcome you back for a flawless experience.
