Thank you for having spared valuable time to share your experience on Trip Advisor.
It was a pleasure having you stay with us.
We are truly humbled by your gracious appreciation for the hotel and its location opposite Jal Mahal and Mansagar lake and within close proximity of the forts and palaces.
I note with great satisfaction that you thought of our services to be impeccable. However, I regret the fact that you found the food and laundry prices little expensive. It is our endeavour at all times to provide our guests with great value and we will continue to strive to improve on this aspect.
I do hope that your travels bring you back to Jaipur and we have another opportunity to look after you and make amends. Please do write to me whenever you plan your next visit to Jaipur and I would be glad to assist you personally.

使酒店成功的第一件事是它的员工。考虑到这一点，我可以说这家酒店及其员工是我在旅途中遇到的最好的。彬彬有礼，总是乐于助人，而且脸带微笑。对我的孩子和我们都很有礼貌，让我有家的感觉。小细节有所不同。我忘记带我的书签，用了房间里一张餐巾代替。但当我回来的时候，我惊喜地发现他们用一个可爱的木制书签替换了那张餐巾！早餐很好，适合所有人。印度人，大陆人，甚至我挑剔的孩子都喜欢！游泳池很干净，而且酒店里的一切都很干净。孩子们可以在儿童区玩耍，虽然它需要更新一下，但这仍然很干净，工作人员对孩子们也很好！这是一家传统的印度国际酒店，不要期待这是一家时尚、超现代的酒店，这句话直接从“80天环游世界”的页面中摘录。感谢所有让这个假期难忘的员工！

我们把房间升级了可以看到湖景，这真是太棒了。在湖上看日出日落和王公的宫殿是如此美妙，看人们沿着长廊散步也一样美好。到处都是卖纪念品的摊位、骑骆驼的摊位和可以穿着拉贾斯坦邦服饰照相的摊位。工作人员都很棒，一切都很方便。前台的Sana给我们留下了特别深刻的印象，她为我们办理了入住手续，并特意确保我们在这里过得愉快。酒店里有一些不错的商店，晚上也有机会从当地商人那里买东西。

这家酒店的热情程度无以伦比，服务员很友善，前台工作人员非常热心助人。这里挺适合孩子的，孩子们可以在宽敞的草地上跑来跑去，沐浴阳光，在泳池放松，而且还有不少美食可以享用。酒店服务员组织各种儿童活动的方式给我印象很好，比如烘焙课之类的。酒店位置很好，去参观城堡啊，或者去看日落都很方便，从酒店出发不超过15分钟。我们选了湖景房，景色令人心旷神怡。我晒了几张从房间角度拍的美图给大家分享。我的爱人和孩子们很喜欢这家酒店的热情态度，以及他们提供的各种设施。这家酒店离机场距离也不远，这点对于这么漂亮的地方来说真是额外的加分项。这家酒店非常适合家庭或情侣来住。

We are truly humbled by your kind and wonderful words of praise for the entire team who made your stay very comfortable and looked after you really well. The chef is truly pleased to have been able to serve delicious cuisine and provide you such a wonderful dining experience.

我在这儿住了4晚。房间干净整洁。酒店维护的很好。笔记：我们住宿期间享受了超棒的服务。工作人员非常热心，他们帮我们预约了Uber，在线预订了外卖，甚至还在我们离开前帮我们打包了易碎的物品。
