这是一家真正的五星奢华酒店,员工表现专业,房间很豪华,非常干净,非常安静,我睡得很好。这里值得多次入住,如果你在钦奈,或是途经钦奈,我推荐你入住这里。

我和朋友们一起去斯蒂克斯吃饭,菜单给我留下了很深的印象,食物价格很合算,服务又到位又专业,罗希特很有礼貌,很周到,普里雅很友好,让我们的用餐体验难忘!!!再次为Priya和她的团队干杯!!!

酒店需要好好修整。很多地方没有得到妥善处理,外观也破败不堪……房间也不符合标准,需要大修。酒店应该解决客人提出的这些问题。

我们曾经很爱这个酒店,但这次是一次令人失望的停留。空调坏了。我们的房门把我们锁在房间里了,找了一个木匠在晚上来修理。我们要了一间安静的房间,但是酒店早上居然在钻孔。浴室和浴缸里没有热水,真是浪费

I would like to thank you for taking out the time to share your feedback on this platform.

Kindly accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay. I take this opportunity to share with you that the hotel goes through an annual maintenance programme every year in order to spruce up our facilities due to which we work during 11 am to 5 pm. We do our best to keep all our guest informed by placing letters in the room before arrival.

We are slated to complete the repair work by end of May 2019 and I am m sure the changes will be visible on your next visit.

Once again, my heartfelt apologies for what happened during your stay. Please consider giving us an opportunity to redeem ourselves by showcasing the service standards we are known for. We will not have you leave Hyatt Regency Chennai with a disappointment.
