At the time you visited us we were going through a staffing issue which is why there was no room service. The Suites are on the second floor and are situated as such to afford the guests the benefit of the View that is much sought after by our regular guests. This should have been communicated to you in advance and If it was not - we apologize for the miscommunication.
The Pool is regularly maintained once a day but generally, during the monsoons, this can generally be a problem as the incessant rains require cleaning sometimes twice a day to keep the Pool pristine. This is very difficult and with the afore mentioned staffing problem was impossible during your stay with us. The Bathrooms are sizeable and generally larger than your average hostel -if the maintenance lacked then we again have to apologize -the staffing issue was a major letdown during that time.
We are one of the most sought-after boutique hotels in the Anjuna area and while admittedly did slip up during your stay, would like to welcome you back and display the "CAsa hospitality" that we are indeed famous for .
