Your valuable feedback have been shared with our team for immediate attention and improvement to enhance our service standard delivery to our guests.
We believe your previous rented unit is not under the Management of Mahkota Hotel Melaka. There are several owners listed their units in various online sites (example: Agoda.com, Booking.com and so forth). Thus, we suggest to our supporters to be extra alert when placing bookings. For direct bookings, do log on to www.mahkotahotel.com.my or email to reservation@mahkotahotel.com.my to book. Alternatively, you may call our Reservation Department for prompt room confirmation (606-2812828). As for your comments concerning our apartment category room’s facility, hotel’s long term guests (with minimum stay of 14-nights stays with us) are provided with facilities such as kitchen wares (example: basic cooking ware, plates, fork, spoons, etc).
Nonetheless, we regret on the negative impression reflected and again apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your kind patronage is very much appreciated and we hope we are able welcome you back to provide better experiences in the near future.

我们预订了一间有着两床的公寓。首先,房间门很难打开。当我们进到房间里的时候,整个房间看起来很过时和老旧。有一点脏。保险箱打不开。浴缸是如此的脏。烧水壶里面脏到我们不敢使用。冰箱里面有一包坏掉了的汤,放在冰箱里看起来是如此的恶心。我需要放一些东西到冰箱里,所以不得不把那包恶心的东西扔掉。我们要求酒店提供婴儿床。床垫是如此的脏,我们都不敢让宝宝在上面睡。泳池也是如此的脏。水里有很多脏灰尘。酒店唯一的优点是工作人员很友好。酒店位置很好,但是酒店迫切地需要一些翻新。
我们一家人住在这家酒店,酒店在过去也许拥有过光辉的历史,但现在需要进行一些翻新改造了。一切设施都是旧的,而且不能正常工作,例如热水器、水压、马桶、空调、床罩等等。好的方面是:酒店离购物中心、医院和景点很近,另外价格也相对比较实惠。
