平房别墅很宽敞，适合家庭和大集体居住，分别都带有独立的泳池，但这个地方就这点好了。你要从入口开大约3.5千米才能到别墅，所以如果你是乘坐公共交通工具，你必须带上食物，因为这个地方的运送服务有限。A Famosa如果能与Scoar或者Grab合作租赁汽车或者公交服务，这间酒店的体验就能更好。开通来往A Famosa自由港之间的驳车的主意非常不错。除此之外，从入口到别墅的路并没有保养得很好。请解决一下这个问题。
I am sorry to hear about your disappointing stay. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience and it is apparent in this case that we fell short.
Whilst we are unable to undo the unpleasant experience, please accept our most humble apology, and rest assured we are looking into the matter and will make the appropriate improvements to our accommodations and facilities.
I would like to take this opportunity to inform that we do provide a free shuttle bus service for in-house guests to travel to different locations within the resort. Perhaps our staff failed to mention about the shuttle service during your stay and I apologize for that.
