Greetings Chanuni
Thank you for writing us and sharing your comments regarding your recent stay. I do apologize for having to translate your comments as follows'"My friend suggested that we live there, this is live during my first visit to Shanghai Bund. This place is good, but is a bit far from the city center, you must choose a taxi elsewhere. Hotel Service is acceptable. The only unpleasant thing happened in the morning time, cleaners shouting to clean up the room, when she was sleeping, she did not according to our doorbell, but directly to shout ... :("
Being that Shanghai is such a large city with over 23 million inhabitants it in fact has many different districts which are centers for various types of business and commerce. Its always best to check what part of Shanghai you will be spending most of your time and arranging your accommodations to then match this need. It is a shame that in your case we were not as convenient as you had hoped we were.
As for the issue with the housekeepers you are absolutely correct and there is absolutely no need or reason for anyone to be shouting down the hallways to speak with one another. I do sincerely apologize for having woken you and will speak with the entire housekeeping department concerning this issue and express to them that it is not only unprofessional but is likely to disturb our guests who have come to stay with us to enjoy a pleasant quite stay.
