我们在这个月初的时候在这里住了三个晚上，我们住的这里的小屋，而且来的时候季节很棒。这里的泳池很干净，而且我们在房间里面可以看到很棒的山间景色。工作人员很友好还很乐于助人。早餐也很好吃。

房间和位置都非常不错，早餐也很好，有按摩浴缸，也有更好的。但是能看到阿雷娜火山的美景。房间宽敞，有个大阳台可以在外面待会儿，周围有绿色丛林。瑞士夫妇的哥斯达黎加之旅

Thank you for your choice on Lomas del Volcán and for sharing with all of us the wonderful experience you had at our mountain lodge.
It was a honor for us to have you here and offer you our charming hopitality.
Hopefully you will visit us in future vacations with all your family, you have to show them this hidden paradise ath the foothill of Arenal Volcano.

我和我妻子在这里住了5晚，整个过程我们都是非常享受的。酒店一楼非常的漂亮，美到让人窒息，这装潢与风景显示出他们非常注重细节。我们入住的小屋看起来很新，所有东西都一尘不染，床也很舒服。因为这个酒店离主公路大概只有一英里远，所以交通噪音有点影响我们欣赏壮丽的火山风景。

Thank you for this feedback and for selecting our lodge as the hotel to spend your vacations in Costa Rica.
We are proud reading that your stay was simply perfect and you have no complaints . The only thing we would like to write about is of the distance from our lodge to the main road, we think you meant that due the 1.5Km distance from it, the noise traffic of the main road, the hotel has no distractions due to it. Anyway, we clarify this here and we tell to all the community that our resort is the most peacefulness place in Arenal.
Thank you again for your choice on Lomas del Volcán and we hope to continue having your visit every season. We will be here waiting for you!

2017年三月5-8日的时候，和我20岁的女儿住在这里。装饰精美的私人平房。很大的浴室，有超大的淋浴，甚至还有浴盆。床非常舒适，前廊有长椅，后面有桌子和4个椅子。全天都可以听到鸟的声音，可以坐在后廊，看它们。甚至可以在每个早晨去，有一只友好的猫咪陪伴。食物很棒，是我整个旅行中最好的。 cerviche很棒，工作人员很友好，有帮助-感谢使我们的旅行非常完美...我们一定还会再来CR 和 Lomas的。

非常好！可爱，舒服，屋子前后有桌子，虽然很旧但是干净。小桥，大房间，还有wifi！爱这里！泳池和壁炉非常好！酒吧和餐区面向草地，是观看火山的绝佳视角。食物一般，如果你要求，厨房会加一些不在菜单的东西。干净！我们看了很多鸟和一只猫头鹰。员工非常友好，管家做得非常出色。我会再回来的！

We notice that you had an encounter with "Pancho", the friendly Coati mundi wandering by our property which is part of our enchantings here.

这家酒店的小木屋能很好的观看阿雷纳火山风景。公园里景色优美，满是植物和鲜花。许多鸟类，员工很友好。遗憾的是酒店预订超额，我们只预订了两晚小木屋。第一晚住在一个小房间里，条件比小木屋差很多。作为补偿，酒店免费为我们提供了一顿晚餐，还有白酒。我们不是特别的满意。

Thank you for taking a time and place this comment here.
We deeply regret the day that you arrived we had overbooking problems without previous notice from our reservation department due we discovered it the same day of your arrive. Fortunately we had standar rooms available and we could hold your reservation in our facilities. We offer you our sincere apologies for that inconvenience caused that first night and we hope that you could visit us again in the future. It will be a great pleasure attending you one more time.
