I am very sorry that you were not able to experience our wonderful dining facilities due to the volume of other patrons and had to venture into Girdwood for that accommodation. I also apologize for the scent you encountered in our lobby, we have actually just made an adjustment to another, more subtle fragrance but your feedback in this area verifies our need to make that adjustment. I am so sorry your expectations and your initial impressions of the hotel left you unsatisfied. Traveling by Moose Meadows driving to the hotel and being surrounded by such a display of beauty only to be met with disappointment in terms of service and quality of facilities would be unsettling.
