会议

我在摩洛克待了一周，奔波于各种车间工地之间。这家酒店的服务很棒。而且不会太过于殷勤。每个工作人员都很友好，乐于提供帮助，非常专业。食物不错。总的说来是一次不错的经历。

有严重的鼠患

在酒店餐厅用餐时，竟然发现有几只老鼠。可能因为我们有饲养宠物老鼠，因此没有受到太大的惊吓，但后来我们把这事告诉服务员和接待，他们一点也不关心，这点让我们非常失望。除此之外，其他都还不错，但我不能接受5星级酒店竟然有鼠患，希望能改进！

Dear "Ms. LisaJCarter",

I would like to apologise once again for the unfortunate incident and reassure you that this is a complete isolated incident.

We have dealt with this situation by getting our pest control out to investigate as well as add an additional 40 traps all over our garden and especially by the river as we determined that they came from the river side due to the heavy rains we have had the last couple of weeks. Our pest control company is also currently coming out weekly to make sure that the problem is completely resolved.

Since we have taken the above action we have not seen a single rat again.

We have truly taken every effort possible to resolve this completely, this I can assure you.

I would also like to apologise about the poor attitude yourself and your husband experienced from the staff.
This is not how they have been trained and also not the level on which we run our establishment. I have taken all necessary action to correct this and avoid any future reoccurances going forward.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to take the necessary corrective action.

I do hope that we will have another opportunity again in future to welcome you back to The Capital Moloko Hotel and provide you with the high level of hospitality and service we strive for.

非常不错和安静的酒店，服务不周到

酒店位于约翰尼斯堡的桑顿，设计超赞。感觉不是在一个大的建筑里，而是在一些花园和水边的小区域里。小的游泳池，健身房，按摩区应有尽有。房间很大，装修很好。缺点是服务和食物。服务很不周到：早餐总是缺点东西（勺子或牛奶或咖啡），健身房打扫的不干净，仪器上的汗渍好多天都还在。走廊上，可以看到托盘在房间门口放上几个小时。食物很普通，好像都是速冻的。总体来说不错，但是不值五星。

很好，但可以更好

来这家酒店是因为在这边出差，总体来说，这个地方很不错，也很干净，酒店的位置很棒，食物也很好吃，不过菜单上的食物非常少。酒店房间干净整洁，睡床和枕头有点硬，我的脖子和背部都磕得疼起来了。

I am very excited to inform you that we will be launching a brand new restaurant and room service menu in January 2017 and I do hope that you will be able to experience it and give us additional feedback on your experience.

In regards to the pillows, we have two types of pillows one being soft and the other a bit firmer, and should you find another opportunity to return to The Capital Moloko we will gladly assist in making sure that the pillows in your room is all sort pillows.

超棒

我们很早就到达了，因为我们的航班降落得很早。我们有机会得到了一个房间,接待小姐非常有效率。房间没有让我们失望,它非常安静和舒适。自助早餐很好。作为一个法国公民,我可以向你保证,酒店的羊角面包和在法国尝起来一模一样!完美! ! !这个酒店也可以用于商务会议,完全没有问题。位置好，同时也可以作为起点来参观整个约翰内斯堡。几分钟路程就能达到国会大厦购物中心。我强烈推荐这个酒店!工作人员谨慎且非常专业。我们会再来光顾的。
