酒店非常古老，走廊狭窄，设计也很奇怪，天花板很低，采光很不好，房间门就能打开一条口，人和行李都很难进去，早餐厅很暗，地毯都脏兮兮的，有污渍，食物一般，延迟退房的费用是1000南非兰特，一间房的房价是1115南非兰特！延迟退房收这么多钱，你在逗我吗？ 如果你住2359号房间，我住的就是这间，那么你需要从接待处来到你的房间。 对我来说唯一的亮点是在接待处的实习生（实际上是前台中的少数人），比实际的工作人员更友好更乐于助人，更有礼貌。远离这家酒店。酒店离桑顿挺近的，但还不如住别的地方，把钱用来打车。
酒店总的来说有点旧，但是又一个大加分点是很方便就能去曼德拉广场的购物店和餐厅……穿梭巴士半小时一趟。房间干净，出人意料的是这是一个双床套间。泳池区干净，友善的员工手里随时从吧台拿着酒走来。

这家酒店略旧，装饰绝对过时了。然而员工友好，普遍乐意服务，而且有服务至上的精神。房间差异很大，离入口很远。酒店有两个庭院，设有游泳池和太阳椅。美丽的花园是主要优点。酒吧允许吸烟，我们对此表示失望。自助早餐还可以，就是一般水平，但是，你可以坐在露台外喝咖啡，因此没理由报怨。酒店内部餐厅Bull Ring提供好吃的肉和好喝的酒。
