It has been a pleasure to be of service to valuable guests such as yourself. However, I have learned that during your stay, we have caused you some inconvenience. We thank you for bringing up your concerns as this is a way for us to further improve our services and facilities.
It may interest you to know that we have undergone and still on continuous process of renovating our hotel and modernizing our hotel suites. As one of our advocacies is into Environmental Sustainability (we received an award from GRAT in line with their Zero Carbon Resorts Project for implementing energy and resource efficiency following 3R Methodology, the REDUCE, REPLACE, and REDESIGN and for the continuous effort to contribute towards lowering carbon footprint of the Philippines tourism sector), all of the floorings in the rooms are made with natural marble stones which help prevent infestation of allergens and harmful pathogens because it has an ability to keep minute particles from thriving and also finding livable space on the surface. It does not emit Volatile Organic Compounds or harmful gases which are beneficial to both hotel guests and environment. All outdated furniture has been replaced with modernized design along with the room renovation. I have counseled the Housekeeping Executive to ensure they thoroughly inspect the rooms to make certain rooms are in optimum condition at all times. Rest assured that we will reserve one of our newly renovated rooms on your next visit. Moreover, I have met with the Food & Beverage Manager to discuss on possible ways on how we could improve our dishes and look for various selections that we may include to our current menu. Furthermore, our Spa and Wellness Center is equipped with a pool of skilled therapists combined with the best natural products. But we shall continuously strive to improve our Spa Services, where we presently apply special discounted rates which are pegged at its lowest compared to other hotels in Muntinlupa City.
Ms. Redding, please know we value you and that indeed you have a voice. We will continuously strive to better ourselves as you deserve only the best. We are hoping for your kind understanding and to please give us a chance to make up for our flaw. We would certainly be most happy to have the opportunity to welcome you back at our hotel.
