We're sorry that you didn't enjoy yourselves more, but don't really understand most of your critique. This is a home, not a commercial restaurant, so no, we don't have commercial style bathrooms, the bathroom is a home bathroom, but has a toilet, a sink, a mirror, two varieties of hand soap, and towels, so I don't think it's that anything was missing, perhaps you just didn't want it to look like a home bathroom.

In terms of the dampness, perhaps a touch unfair - you visited us at the end of a three week stretch where Buenos Aires hadn't had a single day without steady rain - it's unlikely there was anywhere in the city that didn't smell damp.

The food, however, is the oddest comment. We're not an Argentine style restaurant. Nor are well over half the restaurants in this city (would you have criticized a sushi bar, or a Mexican taco stand, or a French restaurant for not serving local, regional fare?). We offer a particular style of food, one which you, or at least the member of your party who made the reservation, was well aware of before coming here - or at least if you'd looked at our website, facebook page, or any of our reviews. That doesn't mean we don't like, nor are anti- local cuisine, nor local palates. We love local food, it's just not the style that we happen to cook in our kitchen.
