从办理入住手续到退房，工作人员都非常乐于助人。他们想尽办法帮助我们。作为免费服务，他们还可以把我们的行李放在仓库里整整一天。早餐很丰盛，但每天的菜单都一样。位置非常好，离市中心很近。真是物超所值!!

这家酒店噪音很大。你可以听到工作人员砰的一声关上门，砰的一声推手推车等等。暖通空调也很吵。有一次半夜，我听到了我认为是管子在砰砰作响的声音。此外，有一天早上8点左右，一直有维修人员用锤子敲击的声音。我得把耳塞塞进耳朵里才能舒服睡觉。健身房很拥挤，没有足够的有氧运动器械。举重器械或伸展的空间。房间需要更方便的插座充电。早餐很不错，价格合理，有很多选择。浴室干净宽敞。行李员和前台工作人员都非常有礼貌而且友好。

酒店位置优越，步行的距离就可以去雷科莱塔帕那斯墓园，坐上市内开通的高端巴士游。附近也有一些不错的餐厅，换句话说，去Fervour和巴勒莫区乘出租车坐一小段路就可以到。大堂区域是非常热情待客与平和的，我们感到非常受欢迎，他们有一个很棒的礼宾服务。可以改进入住流程，因为结账很慢。在布宜诺斯艾利斯的时候一定会再来这里住。

作为我们旅行的一部分，我们在这里住了3个晚上。酒店地理位置很好，有很多当地的地方可去，有市场、餐馆，当然还有雷科莱塔公墓。遗憾的是，这里只有一个室内游泳池，但毕竟这是一家城市酒店。让人特别暖心的举动是酒店送到房间的母亲节礼物。唯一真正的缺点是在酒店很忙的时候需要等电梯。

我们在一次巡航旅行之后来这里住了三天，心想在巡航旅行之后来这里会有些失望……错！这里的服务无可挑剔，而且这里的自助早餐是我们吃过的最棒的。强烈推荐！！！
