I am very sorry to hear that you had experienced these issues upon arrival. However, we do not have space heaters in the rooms only wall units. Our staff is held to a high standard of hospitality and I hope you will accept our sincerest apologies if you were not greeted with a smile with every communication. Thank you for your feedback. It is an old building and we have spent the better part of the last three years trying to update the hotel for a more comfortable satay. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy our free continental breakfast. We appreciate your feedback and we will work on improving these areas.
