Thank you - you are welcome back any time. Our Executive Rooms don't have air-conditioners as these rooms on our first floor are normally cooler than those on the higher levels, which have air-cons. The ceiling fans and opening the small windows above the sliding doors generally give sufficient air-flow in the Executive Rooms. I am sorry that this was not the case for you. The Family Unit might be a better option for you next time, especially with your children. Please book well in advance if possible, to ensure that this unit is available. ;)

I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay in our Family Unit. The inter-leading door between the two rooms of this unit was planned especially to allow families to have privacy and be together.
