我在酒店住了3晚,发现酒店非常棒,尤其是在以下几块:1.客房部:他们有优秀的工作人员随时准备照顾他们的客人。他们超越了自己的职责,考虑客人可能还需要什么,从而在各方面提供帮助。附上的照片就是证明。2. 食物:我喜欢多样的早餐,包括莫莫咖啡馆提供当地美食。我还广泛使用客房服务。他们的饮食建议很有帮助。3.附属购物中心:如果您想购物,带您的孩子到室内玩耍,或者从酒店换换食物口味,与酒店相结合的DB购物中心是最好的选择。我一定会再来博帕尔万怡酒店。

这个酒店位于一个很漂亮的地方,跟购物中心相连接。从前台的工作人员特丽莎、迪维雅到餐厅的工作人员察丹、里奥,每个人都非常热情好客。这是我们第一次去那里,这个酒店是个很棒的地方。但是,会员服务台的人太粗鲁了、太傲慢无礼了,简直无法忍受,想不起他们叫什么了,只知道其中两个女孩非常没有礼貌,在她们的脸上看不到笑容。她们不知道如何与客人交流,必须说这个酒店不能有这一类工作人员。除了这个,其他所有体验都很棒,有一天还会去住!谢谢你们提供的很棒的款待!

我叫苏尼尔·卡利亚,我和妻子还有儿子一起在2019年5月10日入住了227号房间,包含早餐和晚餐,并于2019年5月11日退房。我住的房间非常舒适,能欣赏到城市的美景。在莫莫咖啡厅用餐时,Chandan先生无微不至地照顾了我们;早餐时,Imran先生为我们服务,他是一个很好的人。在客房服务方面,Kashish女士,asish sourav和pradip kumar为我们提供了很好的服务。他们都是万怡酒店的瑰宝。

Ujjwal、vivek和酒店服务团队把一切安排得很好。我们的入住被安排得很不错,满足了我们的愿望。服务团队把空调的温度随着时间掌握得很不错。而且提供了美味的食物和服务,总会有人来把客人照顾得很周到。
