Thanks sandyp for your recent review. I am so sorry that your view of the Bay was obstructed by the dirty windows, I totally understand and apologize for your disappointment.
I am so proud to announce with this Trip Advisor response that this will be the last time I apologize for having such dirty windows. I thank everyone for their patience during this long process. Last Monday we got our final approval from all the govt agencies (Local & State) to move forward and started cleaning the windows.
Going forward, as long as I am GM of this hotel there will not be dirty windows to disappoint our guests. I hope you change your mind on the next time you want to treat yourself to a nice hotel and have a world class view of the Bay.
