From what I understood, many of the things stated above might have been a misconception such as the broken sliding door, as it is a manual sliding door, not automatic. Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily and hotel rooms are only given room service if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is not on the door. We have not had any security issues as well in the many years I have been at this property. It is unfortunate that these concerns were not brought to management upon checking out so we could have addressed them directly. We hope you the best in finding a hotel that better suits your needs in the future.

Thank you for staying at our property during your recent visit to Healdsburg. We are glad that everything in the room was perfect and met your standards.
However, our shower heads in the room have three different speeds and all have excellent water pressure. All of the shower heads are tested by our housekeeping staff weekly and there were no problems with any of them.
We are a small property, which gives us a disadvantage when it comes to having the much wide open space guests would like in the rooms, but there is adequate space to move around and walk around the bed.
When it comes to the rate, it is based on the competitive prices around our area. Healdsburg is a destination hotspot and is very pricey on weekends during our peak season. If you think the rate is high when viewing our property, you are always welcome to choose any other hotel in the area that satisfies your needs to the fullest extent. Although before doing so, I can tell you that most of them are well over $350 during June-October.
