Dear guest we cannot be thankful enough for getting a perfect 5 star rating along with being classified as the "BEST" hotel in Livermore. This means a lot to be given that kind of recognition and accolades. Dear guest please accept our sincere apologies for not being able to provide a great stay. Evidently the lighting issue with poor wattage was a major issue in your room. We will soon correct this deficiency with full blown guest room renovation in the near future that with include powerful LED lights. Thank you for sharing your valued opinion. Even though we performed well from the service side of the equation but some of our product quality was not up to par. You made a great observation regarding our hallway carpets which will require frequent shampooing. Honestly we are at that point that we will soon have to replace it. Also, we will continue to make strides in improving our breakfast area. Seemingly we lacked consistency and will always ensure to fully maintain that as well.
