Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to review your recent stay with us. We are so happy to hear that everything was more than sufficient for your stay. We appreciate your reports regarding the television remote and about the WiFi and will ensure that our staff catches that ahead of time. We apologize that there were delays in that. Our Guest Service Personnel are always ready to provide the bath tub plugs at the front desk. We invite you to experience our enhancements as we upgrade to a Choice Ascend Collection Member known as The Cove by Spring 2017!

Thank you for choosing The Cove Hotel the perfect rated review!
Sorry to hear you had a challenge with the wi-fi, but I suspect maybe we had a access point that needed to be reset as our wi-fi is unbeatable, was the best package available for purchase just last year. It is also password protected, I believe we gave you the code when you checked in?
I'm confident on your return visit you will find the wi-fi is also perfect and hope we will be your only choice in hospitality when traveling to the Long Beach area!

我在3月13日订了这家酒店，7月25日和26日连住两晚。我收到的确认信说，他们从2016年12月到2017年3月进行了“客房升级和公共区域升级”。当我丈夫和我在7月25日来办理入住手续时，我简直不敢相信酒店竟然还开着。游泳池里满是建筑垃圾，建筑物周围的一楼大部分都是黑色塑料。我丈夫进去和前台的人交谈，他似乎并不太关心这个地方的状况。不用说，我们那个晚上没有呆在那里。我会联系选择酒店的公司办公室，希望他们能对此做出反应。

Hello,
We sincerely apologize that our hotel property was still going under renovations at your day of arrival. Initially our time table was to be completed by March 2017, but with the delays we have had to alter these dates and have reflected this on all our booking websites. We contact our arriving guests notifying them of the delay via email or phone. I am so sorry, I am not sure if there may have been a slip up or if you may have booked through a third party which doesn't reveal contact information for our guests. As you've mentioned about the black tarp, we do have this up to create a safety barrier from the construction area. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your trip.

我们一直住在选定的酒店。为免费住宿赚取积分。这里真是棒极了。前台的詹姆斯很优秀。为我们的晚餐提出建议，十分感谢。我们的房间非常好，我只是希望能有一张舒适的椅子。床也很舒服。酒店正在经历一次重大改造。我觉得很不错，但我认为降低价格是对噪音和不便的补偿。此外，这次住宿没有泳池可游泳。

服务员很好，但是酒店的环境很可怕。酒店所在地段很好，房间既干净又宽敞。这是我第一次到加州，可是对我房间的景象很失望。虽然酒店提供种类丰富的免费早餐，但是我依然期待酒店能供应更多种类的新鲜水果。有线电视受限制，屏幕模糊不清。总的来说不是糟糕的经历，但是我到现在还没换酒店的唯一原因是因为都已经预定好了。
