Sorry to hear you had a challenge with the wi-fi, but I suspect maybe we had a access point that needed to be reset as our wi-fi is unbeatable, was the best package available for purchase just last year. It is also password protected, I believe we gave you the code when you checked in?
I'm confident on your return visit you will find the wi-fi is also perfect and hope we will be your only choice in hospitality when traveling to the Long Beach area!

We sincerely apologize that our hotel property was still going under renovations at your day of arrival. Initially our time table was to be completed by March 2017, but with the delays we have had to alter these dates and have reflected this on all our booking websites. We contact our arriving guests notifying them of the delay via email or phone. I am so sorry, I am not sure if there may have been a slip up or if you may have booked through a third party which doesn't reveal contact information for our guests. As you've mentioned about the black tarp, we do have this up to create a safety barrier from the construction area. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your trip.

服务员很好，但是酒店的环境很可怕。酒店所在地段很好，房间既干净又宽敞。这是我第一次到加州，可是对我房间的景象很失望。虽然酒店提供种类丰富的免费早餐，但是我依然期待酒店能供应更多种类的新鲜水果。有线电视受限制，屏幕模糊不清。总的来说不是糟糕的经历，但是我到现在还没换酒店的唯一原因是因为都已经预定好了。
