Thank you for providing us with your honest feedback and for being so kind as to recognize our associates in the dining room that served you during breakfast. I certainly will share your comments with them and they will be so pleased.
We strive to provide the best possible service and experience to each of our valued guests. We are currently in the process of preparing changing rooms along with a new, state of the art gym facility and as we progress with improvements, we hope to address and resolve some of the areas mentioned in your feedback. I am also very pleased to inform you of our new and upcoming enhanced arrival experience with regards to our upper or pool level building. Our hotel is located on seven acres with two separate buildings and a complimentary shuttle is available throughout the day to drive guests to their building of choice.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Luxe should your travels bring you to the Los Angeles area.

这些年来，我们住过几次豪华酒店。但这最后一个绝对是最难忘的。我正打算求婚，突然意识到豪华酒店的泳池区有一棵非常美丽照亮的树，将会是一个完美的地点。我让酒店帮我安排，他们没有让我失望。特别感谢玛丽亚、男服务员丹尼、酒店前台阿兰，以及酒店经理胡迪丝，感谢她们帮助我们度过了一个美好而特别的时刻。我们已经很喜欢这家豪华酒店了，因为它地理位置优越，工作人员友善，还有令人放松的游泳池和古色古香的酒吧/餐厅区，但现在它在我们心中占据着更特别的位置。谢谢，我们当然以后还会来。

早在这里是日落大道豪华酒店之前，我们就来过这个地方。可以给这里打100分，庭院、服务、食物、装饰和氛围都很棒。这家酒店是一流的，而且位置很不错，位于BH和海滩城市区中间。来试试吧，你会喜欢这里的。

我在这里住过两次，每次我都过得很开心。所有的员工都很友好，从入住到早上离开我都很满意。不幸地是，在我居住期间，酒店游泳池关闭了直到第二天早上才开放。
