我们住在在更高一层的套房里,房间宽敞,干净,完全翻新过的。他们立即把浴室的排风扇修好了。墙壁薄,会有机器的噪音。房间全部被预订满了。早餐有肉桂卷,鸡蛋,酸奶,煎饼。这里还有大浴缸和桑拿。外面很冷,带上外套。码头晚上很冷。

这家酒店在2018年11月实施了大规模的翻修:大厅,早餐区域,走廊,户外,窗户,还有很多其他的。酒店的网站上只是简短的提到了这次翻修,但直到我到了这里才意识到翻修的规模有多大。酒店应该把翻修的照片放一些在网站上,以便客人们清楚了解现实情况。酒店内部看起来就像是一个施工场地,周围有不少灰尘。我住的房间刚刚翻修完,房间内部还是可以的。然而房间与翻修区域之间的隔音效果不够好,你可以很容易就听到隔壁房间在干嘛,超过一般地程度。
我们在这里住了一个晚上,结束了从旧金山到洛杉矶的旅程。我们原计划参加埃尔克霍恩斯劳野生动物园之旅,我选择了这间酒店,因为离那个地方很近。旅馆附近没有多少商铺,但有一个沃尔玛,很方便。旅馆正在翻修中,我们房间里有强烈的油漆味。我们的房间几乎是有史以来最糟糕的,我们在一层,窗户向外望看到一个混凝土凹槽。因为我们只住了一晚,所以我们没有费事要另一个房间。房间很干净,很现代化。早餐是免费的,有很多的种类可以选择。

It would have been nice to hear that your overall experience was perfect, but I recognize it wasn't possible due to the inconvenience caused by the renovation. For that, I'm sorry. 来蒙特雷参加会议时选择了这个机场,失误。它的位置不是好,和网上的图片也不一致,酒店还在建设中,导致了一系列的麻烦。酒店的其他地方的走道还没有铺设地砖和地毯,人很容易绊倒。车流量也让人无法入睡。工作人员虽然都很有礼貌但是对顾客都不是很上心。我住了一晚就离开了选择了其他酒店。他们也没有问我为什么选择离开,也没有挽留的意思。递给了我一张收据,然后就回到他们办公室去了。那里有很多地方可以住,而且很多都是有海景的,价格也差不多。我建议还是不要选择这一家,去别的地方住吧。

我住过很多假日快捷酒店,这家是最差的。一部分问题是翻修混乱,另一部分问题不太好解释:我们房间里8个枕头中有7个都是软的,我只好一直向他们要硬枕。正看着节目呢,网络却被中断了。马桶很低,浴缸的内壁都剥落了,看上去挺不安全的。这些倒不是什么大问题,但是体验很不好。
