这家酒店需要立刻关门并且翻新。房间很脏，天花板像爆米花一样，房间里的椅子很脏，墙上到处都是污渍，床单也很脏。我们换了三个房间，都有类似的问题。工作人员根本不在乎我们的想法，我们最终离开了。带着孩子去找一家新酒店令人非常抓狂，不要来这里住！

蒙特雷万豪酒店宣布在2019年10月进行装修。不要急着来。在2010年就呆在过这里了，这是同一个平庸的地方。需要内部，外部装修和隔音。Lidia的客房服务和我们的自助早餐煎蛋卷的女士都很棒。

我和妻子女儿有次去加州旅行曾经住在这里。去周围街道上的商店和餐馆很方便，路的尽头有去罐头厂街和水族馆的免费大巴。酒店不太现代化，但是很干净，维护良好，工作人员乐于助人。我们吃了大型自助早餐，非常棒，品种丰富，吃了可以一天都不饿。代客泊车25美元，似乎很合理。

这家酒店位于蒙特雷的心脏地带，距离卡梅尔只有一小段车程。从酒店步行就能到达餐厅，蒙特雷湾。从那些面对海湾的客房可以看到海湾的绝佳景色。我推荐预定一个可以欣赏蒙特雷美景的高楼层客房。房间舒适、干净，可以让你在晚上好好休息。感谢克劳迪娅，她送了我们一盒草莓巧克力，还有一个小瓶红酒作为我们的周年纪念礼物。这就是对顾客的欣赏、关怀，在当前的酒店业，这是一门失传的艺术。谢谢。蒙特雷提供免费电车服务，距离万豪酒店只有几步之遥。电车还到蒙特雷水族馆，这是必游之地，沿途的罐头厂街还有商店和餐厅。唯一的小缺点是每天25.00美元的代客泊车，不能自助泊车。
