Thanks to your review, we will be sitting down with Chris to make sure he is aware about the kind of behavior we expect of our driver/guides. What you describe is not typical at all. Most of our drivers receive very high ratings from our guests.
One thing I would like to clarify is the pick up time of our tour. Pick up is between 10:00 and 11:00. The tour actually starts at 11:00. The reservation confirmation always says 10:00 in case that location is the first to be picked up. I know that Chris had many pick up locations that day, and he said that many of the passengers were not ready when he got there. In any case he should have updated you of his arrival time.

While we are very sorry that we had to cancel your reservation, we did call you two days in a row to offer you an alternative booking option. I can understand how disappointed you must have felt.
