Goodness, after nineteen years in hospitality I am certainly wired for "the customer is always right." We will be getting a complete renovation next year so better days are coming for our modest hotel and as far our location goes we are near the Galleria Mall and Sunsplash--two great Roseville hot spots. It is true you, within the last two weeks you might have caught my team fatigued as we tirelessly worked diligently to support the Cal-Fire men and women who were braving the nearby fires. We completely adjusted our schedule to make sure we could accommodate their 12 hour shift needs while taking care of all of our guests. That said, we did it with a smile and persistence and was glad to have been a part of the recovery effort. I hope you will return; it would be our privilege to have the opportunity to improve your guest experience.
