We are sorry that you were not informed ahead of time that our pool is outdoors. We hope you come visit us again when the weather is nice and you are able to utilize our pool in the summer!
I am very disappointed to hear that your World of Hyatt membership was not recognized. This is well below our standards, and as you know we do offer all of our tiered members bottles of water and I apologize that this amenity was not provide to you. We do have drinking water in our 24hr. gym for guests to use and also provide infused drinking water in our lobby. I apologize that this information was not given to you. I will be sure to bring this up with our front desk staff and make sure that this never happens again.
