It is disheartening to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel and that you were unable to get your documents printed. I apologize that you were made feel that you were not being attended to. Our front desk agent was occupied by another guest reservation. She did replace the toner and resolved the issue after she was aware of the problem. We hope that you will give us another try on your next visit to San Jose to make things right.
