It is disheartening to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel and that you were unable to get your documents printed. I apologize that you were made feel that you were not being attended to. Our front desk agent was occupied by another guest reservation. She did replace the toner and resolved the issue after she was aware of the problem. We hope that you will give us another try on your next visit to San Jose to make things right.

酒店是位于塔利路101国道旁，非常方便，可以去到任何地方，我们去圣若泽旅行途中住在这家酒店。早餐很差。管家在打扫房间的时候非常吵，没有提供洗发水和护发素。我们在那里住了四晚，但如果能找到更好的地方，一定不会再回来的。我们比较喜欢贝鲁特酒店，但我们到那儿的时候已经被订满了。

酒店很棒很私密，房间不错还干净，自从我们在一个白天黑夜都很热的天气到达时，空调运行很给力。早餐棒极了，他们有各种各样的食物可供选择。回家的高速公路离我们也非常近。

我不喜欢这里价格太贵了，alameda的同一家酒店价格便宜只有70美元，这一家要155美元，但这家更接近我们家庭团聚的地方（价格不好）服务很好ZENAIDA你最好了）
