We have several different room types, and our rooms are generally experienced as spacious, also in comparison to other San Jose downtown hotels of this category.

First, I wanted to thank you for staying with us and I'm very please you enjoyed your stay dispute issues that accrued. I'm also very pleased our staff was able to assist you swiftly and efficiently. Regarding our Library Room, its truly a beautiful room that over looks are amazing Hedley Club. When guest book this particular room, at check in, our Front Desk Agents go over the features of the room, which includes hearing music from the Hedley Club. I'm very sorry your friends did not enjoy their stay but I would love to speak with them more on the matter.
