Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our hotel from your recent stay with us. It is always a great pleasure in hearing back from our valuable guest like yourself. I am glad you enjoyed the room features and I sincerely apologize the disturbances caused by the traffic noise. The hotel offers sleep better kits and noise cancelling machines which does provide a better ambiance in the room and minimizes the noise.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay experience. I greatly regret the inconvenience you have experienced due to the road closure caused by the Levi's stadium event. We are working with the local authorities to come up with a solution where our guests are not inconvenienced during the events.
Unfortunately due to a minor earth quake that night our elevators stopped working, however we did managed to get that repaired at our earliest.
I hope that this isolated incidents is not a reflection of our hospitality and services and you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back.
