Please be informed, the dishes for use in the guest suite are kept at the front desk to ensure cleanliness. Hair dryers and toiletries are also available at the front desk, too, and are complimentary. We will be reviewing our guidelines to provide a better experience for every guest entering our doors. We truly regret the inconvenience caused, and please give us another chance to make it up to you on your next visit to our area.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apology for your disappointment with our hotel policies. Since we are an extended stay property, we provide housekeeping service to guests who stay eight or more nights; however, this service is always available upon request for an additional fee. I would also like to mention, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites and it is available upon request. I am sorry if we did not communicate this to you at check-in. We hope you will consider us again the next time you are in this area.
