Thank you for sharing feedback regarding your recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara! We apologize that one of the elevators went down during your stay we called a technician to work on it during your stay but they were unable to fix the issue over the weekend, the elevator is now up and running. We also regret that we are in the process of updating our property and over the weekend we had to close the front lot for cleaning, it was repaved this week.
