We are very sorry that your room had ants. As you are probably aware, these are very difficult to keep at bay, but we do work with a pest control company to ensure that we are doing everything possible to keep our property ant-free. We apologize for any confusion in relation to the status of cleaning your room - this was not in any way an attempt to mislead you, but our front desk staff were aware that your room was being treated that day, but would not have known at what time it was done, or when it was completed. We are sorry for any confusion that this caused you. We do hope that this issue will not deter you from staying with us again, you would be very unlucky to experience this issue with us again.
