Dear guest, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We try very hard to make our guests stays as pleasant as possible and it is always a disappointment when we learn one of them has left with a less than first-rate experience. We are renovating our bathrooms one at a time. We are also disappointed to see that your stay was spoiled by one of our staff member. This is very unlike of our staff, please know that we will look into this further and inform our staff about your stay to ensure this does not happen again. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel and our hospitality. Thank you.

Hi Irene, We are very pleased that our property suited your needs so well, and that you enjoyed your stay with us so much. It is a shame that it was marred somewhat by noisy neighbors; we expect our guests to have consideration for one another in terms of the noise that they make, but, unfortunately, as you discovered, this does not always happen, and we are very sorry for any discomfort that this caused you. 距离机场不到10英里，位置优越，适合前往餐厅、斯坦福大学和利维球场。 优点：工作人员非常好，欧式早餐不错。有免费无线网络而且客房很安静。缺点：床很不舒服，过时的房间和大堂。无烟房里散发着烟味，羽绒被和枕头上都有烟味。

Hi Pamela, We are very pleased to hear that our location suited you so well, and that our staff were so helpful to you. We certainly aim to please our guests to the very best of our ability. We are disappointed to hear that you found your bed to be uncomfortable, and that your room hadn't been aired sufficiently prior to your arrival. 酒店太旧了，迫切需要彻底整修或拆掉重建——适合卡车司机、建筑工人和那些喜欢派对的人。墙壁和窗户薄如纸，可以让你清楚地听到邻居们喝了太多酒之后的噪声。不适合严肃的商务旅行者。早餐的选择很平庸，看起来很糟，会让你犹豫要不要吃。

这是一个禁止吸烟的汽车旅馆，因此很多客人到外面去吸烟。我可以闻到香烟味，它通过通风口进入了酒店。这里应该有一个指定的吸烟区。所以不抽烟而且敏感的客人可以远离吸烟区。早餐是无组织的，食物的放置对于来来往往的人来说是错的，没有足够的座位,打开的门使房间里很冷。

这使人联想到汽车旅馆，让我们6个人感到崩溃的春节！房间价格超过200美元/晚是个例外。我们不得不在短时间内找到一家旅馆，而这家就是剩下的。我另外的两位同事对他们的房间和经历也有同样的感受。我们再也不会留在这里了。

We were very shocked upon reading your review that you did not enjoy your room and didn't have a great experience that we aim to provide. We do have many business and family stay with us, and they enjoy their stay with us. We'd appreciate it if you give us another opportunity to restore your faith in our hospitality. 我的房间面朝一个非常繁忙的街道，整个夜晚都很吵闹。对某些人来说可能没什么，但是我下次不会住这里了。酒店内部干净，但是有点老旧。我房间的马桶有点漏水，每次冲水之后都需要小心的把按钮拧好以免水一直流。总的来讲，不是很好。
