Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and please accept my sincere apologies for the issues which you experienced during your stay. This is certainly not indicative of the high level of service for which we are known and which we strive to deliver each and every guest that walks through our doors. 我们的第一印象是，这里的周边环境非常好。它更时髦，更高档。酒店的正面看起来很漂亮，虽然有点陈旧感，但只要你一走进来，就会闻到酒店里有一种奇怪的古老麝香味。就像是潮湿或者说是旧建筑的味道。我们订的房间又宽敞又好，但是价钱方面我不太确定是否值得。我想可能更多的钱是花在这个地理位置上了。房间里的巧克力和零食贵得离谱，浴室的布局也很奇怪。淋浴是带淋浴头的浴缸。推拉门在淋浴喷头的一侧，所以你很难在不滑倒或绊倒的情况下进入淋浴间。我们是一对年轻的夫妇!如果你不想洗澡的时候顺便洗你的头发，但是在你不碰到水的情况下你是进不去的。要么你必须提前进入浴室，站在淋浴器面前，然后打开淋浴器，等待它变热。如果你在出去的时候抓住滑动门来做支撑，它就会移动，所以不太安全。除此之外，浴室和壁橱都很好。那里的工作人员也相当不错，而且地理位置离一个叫Norm的很棒的美食餐厅和一些商店也很近。

Sunseeker721, We truly appreciate your comments regarding your experience at Le Parc. There is no better tool for us to use to make improvements than hearing from our guests. While we agree Le Parc is great as it is, we are busy preparing for a face-lift which will make our guest experience even greater. Hope to see you back soon.

真的很享受我们在公园套房酒店的时光。卡拉和奥托用他们出色的服务使得我们的旅行变得愉快。位置完美，距离西好莱坞所能提供的一切仅数分钟。100米外有一家美食酒吧(贝尔蒙特)，这个酒吧也不赖:)

我是刚从这家酒店住宿了一个星期回来的。 我们是西好莱坞酒店中的常客，这家酒店是我们住宿过的最好的酒店。 这家酒店的地理位置是很好的，从这里到圣莫尼卡BL酒吧是只需10分钟的，所以你是不需要乘坐出租车的。 这里的套房是很大的，里面还配有冰箱和其他物品设备，如陶器和烤面包机等。 这家酒店还有着优秀的家务管理，我们在这家酒店的住宿期间是没有任何问题的。 我肯定会再次选择回到这家酒店住宿的。

这是一家非常棒的酒店，位置很好，离许多著名景点都很近，步行就能到，比如博物馆和环球影城。附近有众多的商店和餐厅。到了傍晚，各种娱乐活动也逐渐开始活跃。这些地方都在步行范围之内。如果你不喜欢走路，可以通过Lyft或Uber打车，也可以租一辆自行车（这是在酒店时接待员大卫给我们提供的建议）。酒店免费提供自行车，到前台申请就行了。这个地方真是包罗万象，各种生活设施应有尽有，太方便了。此外，服务员也非常友善，房间很大，住起来很舒服。

这个周末来到洛杉矶是为了参加骄傲游行。酒店位置简直完美，距离很近。酒店很干净，工作人员很友好。我不是洛杉矶人，对西好莱坞地区了解不多，所以我向前台了解，身体健壮的主管David给我推荐了梅尔罗斯的一些购物区，还有离酒店很近的修道院夜总会。我不用坐优步就可以去喝酒。洛杉矶的经历很棒，我认为在骄傲游行的时候去是最合适的！酒店地理位置优越，适合体验洛杉矶。
