First, we want to thank you for your feedback. While we wish that you had a better experience over the weekend, it is feedback like this where we learn and use to improve our services. We do our best to deliver a great customer service, but in this case, we fell short. We are sorry to hear that your weekend getaway ended up being very inconvenient for you, especially for something as simple as room cleaning. We will have a word with all our staff.
As for Agoda, we will need to review our partnership with them- as a lot of our changes have not been updated on their end. Nevertheless, we still should have been on top of these things.
