I apologize for your recent experience with our shuttle. Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle that circles the airport every 10 minutes. Our shuttle has always been on call from the airport since we've been open. I understand it makes for a bad experience if you don't get what is expected but we try and do the best we can with picking our guests up from the airport. It doesn't make sense why someone would lie about the shuttle no good can possibly come out. I'm just sorry it was such a bad first impression. Please read the other surveys about our hotel and see how great we usually are. We hope you can visit us again and see why we are #6 in all of Denver on Trip Advisor!
