预订房间之前打电话给酒店，确保机场班车持续运行，并被告知每10分钟就从机场接机。我等了超过15分钟才打电话给酒店确认班车状况，被告知他们只有应要求才会来接机，那就是还需要再等25分钟。有工作人员说谎，并且当我入住的时候他们没有道歉。完全失望。

I apologize for your recent experience with our shuttle. Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle that circles the airport every 10 minutes. Our shuttle has always been on call from the airport since we've been open. I understand it makes for a bad experience if you don't get what is expected but we try and do the best we can with picking our guests up from the airport. It doesn't make sense why someone would lie about the shuttle no good can possibly come out. I'm just sorry it was such a bad first impression. Please read the other surveys about our hotel and see how great we usually are. We hope you can visit us again and see why we are #6 in all of Denver on Trip Advisor!

汉普顿精品酒店！如果你旅行的话是很棒的位置。酒店的员工很友好，也很热情，尽管这家旅馆显然已客满。我们的房间是一个套间，非常宽敞和漂亮。床很好，很舒服。总的来说，这是我住过的最好的汉普顿。
