酒店提供很好的服务，但是只有收到了Gleni的服务你才算是收到了最好的服务。我在四次不同的时间里入住过这家酒店，在斯蒂德曼诊所接受了手术，我第一次去做手术时是独自一个人，Gleni非常好，在我手术受伤的时候帮助了我，这次拜访的不同之处在于我是和我的家人一起来的，他们非常喜欢Gleni在酒店提供的服务，她让一切变得简单，并且还提供了适合儿童和家庭探访的地方，房间非常干净，她的服务是让我们拜访这家酒店的唯一原因，我们收到的唯一的很棒的服务是来自Gleni的服务。

第三次住在这里。优点：靠近Vail外科中心，与其他选择相比，低廉的度假费用，免费停车。缺点：老化，室内咖啡不可供人消费，未执行的模糊不清的宠物政策。

Thank you for the feedback FrontRangeDenizens.
Being next to Vail Health makes it a perfect location for our guests that are here for medical reasons. Our resort fee includes all amenities, we know many other places will try to add many extra fees, we like to keep it all together in one.
Aging- We are one of the first hotels in Vail and with that we understand there are many things we have to work on from time to time, that's why we work on improvements all year round to make sure our guest are satisfied and comfortable.
Coffee- Our coffee is very well enjoyable from what our guests have told us, but we will certainly take a look to see if there are other options to keep on the side upon request, maybe something lighter or stronger depending on the preference.
Pet Policy- We take our policy very serious and have proper procedures any time there is a complain, we apologize if there was a problem during your stay.
Thank you for staying with us, we look forward to a future stay, please give us a call directly and we will make sure we offer the best rate available.

我提前打了电话，确保他们会给我准备婴儿床，他们说他们会在中午12点半为我安排一张婴儿床，但是根本没有为我准备婴儿床!!前台很粗鲁，第二天早上对我撒了个谎，说他们给了我两张床，其实这我付的就是双床房的价格，床太糟糕了，不要住在那里

Our sincere apology, seems like there was a major miscommunication issue with our departments that night. We have since taken action to ensure this doesn't happen again. Again we apologize for the bad experience you had at the hotel.

当我登记入住时，工作人员向我的借记账户收取了两次1115美元的3晚住宿费。尽管做了很多努力来纠正这个错误，但是(8天后)我仍然没有收到这笔1115美元的退款。我的银行已经15天不能做任何事情了，因为包括经理在内的工作人员没有正确处理退款。我觉得这难以置信。工作人员的态度只是一句简单的抱歉，没有尝试弥补这种不便。如果不是我的朋友借钱给我，这可能会毁了我的假期。

Hello 567leigha,
Our apologies for what transpired that day. Looking in to the problem we found out there was a system issue at check in, we reversed the transaction in the system right away but to our surprise it took longer than expected. This is not the experience we want our guests to have while staying at the hotel. We have taken the measures to make sure this doesn't happen again.

在韦尔参加会议，所以在Evergreen Lodge住了两晚。这是一个相当古老的酒店，但以它的年龄来说，保持得算是不错了。房间也不错。浴室门口有一小块磨破的地毯，房间里还有一块明显破损的地毯。对于一个身高6英尺1英寸的人来说，淋浴头有点低。床非常舒适，所有的床单都清新干净。现在该说说房间里的大象了（或者我应该说是在浴室里蟑螂）。在我第一天早上打开灯，进入浴室时，我发现这位不速之客在厕所下边儿跑步。真是够了！

Thanks so much for your review, Qwest22. We're glad you enjoyed parts of your stay and are very concerned with others. We would love to get a hold of you and figure out which room you were in so we can fix these issues. Cockroaches are an extremely rare sight around here. In fact, over the six years that I've lived here, I've seen just as many elephants in hotel rooms as I have cockroaches. I actually have never even seen a cockroach anywhere in Vail Valley - inside our outside. Bugs in general are sparse at this altitude. But if there were ever a time for uninvited guests to come inside it would be this time of year when the weather is getting colder. So please do reach out to me at alank@evergreenvail.com and let us know which room you were in, in case this is something more than an anomaly. Thanks again for your review.
