Although these items are not provided in our guest rooms, we do offer guests the option to buy them for their room should that be of interest. Many prefer to bring their own items or purchase at a local store. Guests choose only the amenities they want and use which enables us to offer the best rates possible. As an extended stay hotel, WoodSpring Suites is happy to provide our guests with a kitchen in every room at all hotels nationwide. We typically have guests that stay with us for longer periods of time and understand that having a kitchen provides a convenience over more traditional hotels. We have also found that many of our extended stay guests prefer to use their own kitchenware in their rooms or find having kitchenware unnecessary. We strive to provide the best value possible for our guests so that they customize their stay just the way they would like. We do have cookware and dishware conveniently available for purchase at the front desk. I'm sorry that's just an explanation for part of your stay. We're so sorry you had a disappointing visit.
