入住手续办理低效，房间不干净，设施简陋，很多问题。电梯不运行，爬了好几次楼梯。总之这家酒店让人无法享受，这里真的需要好好改进。

作为希尔顿酒店的会员，我还以为我们的套房是在办理入住手续的三点之前早已安排好了的，我们也通知过这里的员工说想要早点入住。但是在下午四点的时候都还没有给我们准备好，当你想要酒店给你赔偿的时候，你也知道这是不可能的。酒店的前台还可以，给我安排了高级的套房。我觉得他们本来就该把事情都安排好，而不是让我们一直在这里等着。我们过来的时候发现别的客人也碰到了跟我一样的问题，这里的服务还是有欠缺啊。
