hmmm. red flags everywhere. Pretty sure the real story is absent here, as there is absolutely NO WAY that this scenario would play out as described above at our establishment, everywhere, from housekeeping to maintenance to front desk staff. There is a reason that they have been with us for years!!!!!!!

Please research the cost of lodging in the keys BEFORE booking and staying in Key West. Rates are extremely modest and reasonable compared to most in Key West!! If you had any issues in your room, we would expect you to bring them to our attention during your stay, so that we may resolve any problems for you. Coffee makers are available for you to borrow for your stay at the office. This is stated clearly on our website!! We are happy to have you find a more suitable accommodation to fit your needs, as it is clear that we are not the place for you or your many enemies. Best of luck to the next place! Thanks for your review, we appreciate the feedback. Yes, we do not have heat in the rooms, as really it is not needed in Key West. Installing heat for a handful of days that are cooler, really is not necessary, as it is never cool here for long! We have extra blankets for guest use in closets, and more available at the office if needed. Just inquire! We are here to help, and want your stay to be comfortable and satisfactory.
